Technical Swim Coach

At Mason Performance, we believe high performance and wellbeing can coexist.
Endurance success is not built on relentless stress, but on intelligent adaptation.
Our coaching balances stimulus with recovery, ambition with perspective, and science with the art of human connection.
Training should enhance life, not overwhelm it.
Data guides decisions, but trust, communication and consistency drive long-term progress. Our aim is not only race-day performance, but the development of robust, self-aware endurance athletes who can perform at a high level for years to come.
We believe performance extends beyond the finish line, and our focus is on developing athletes who perform well in training and life.
Our approach is grounded in high-performance principles and informed by sport science, including heat adaptation, fuelling/hydration and recovery strategies.
We work with ambitious age-group athletes (junior & senior) balancing a career/study, family and meaningful goals.
We coach the person, not just the program, ensuring training is personalised, sustainable and aligned with life outside sport. When life demands more, we adapt.
Performance should enhance life, not consume it.
Stimulus without recovery is just stress.
Training must be sustainable.
Science informs the process, but connection drives adherence.
Coaching is both physiological prescription and human support.
Educated athletes take ownership. Ownership drives growth.
